- Need to stabilize the operating model following a major shift to Agile ways of working
The Chief Technical Officer has mandated STEP Consulting to:
- Conduct a performance diagnostic and review existing improvement initiatives
- Define a Transformation plan aligned with a target of x0% performance gain within 2 years
The projects need to cover all métiers of Engineering
- Architecture & systems: avionics, complex systems development, safety analysis…
- Physical integration: Electrical design, Systems installation…
- Detailed design: airframe structure design…
- Project management: chief engineering, PMO…
And address all kind of development activities
- Customization contracts on legacy programs
- New h/c development projects
